Lady Bubu Tea conceives multimedia settings through the use of sound, installation and her own body. Boundaries, fluidity, non-binarities, violation, vulnerability and healing are contents that Lady Bubu Tea reveals and negotiates directly through precisely arranged settings. Influenced by the work of artists Lady Gaga and Marina Abramovic, Lady Bubu Tea combines a radical approach to the performers body with pop cultural aesthetics. Both as part of the collective Opencreek and with solo projects, Lady Bubu Tea has been shown at MAK Frankfurt, Kapelle Offenbach, queerfem*festival, Lala Festival, Taipei Arts Festival (Taiwan) and Xi Yuan Art Museum, Taoyuan (Taiwan).
