Windsbraut by Axel Anklam is another piece that caught our attention at the Bingen-Triennale. Obviously the title and the final result triggered us directly. Let's be honest, what does the stainless steel mesh, which reminds us of a spaghetti strainer, have to do with a bride or a woman? Perhaps it reminds us where is the certain place of a woman, for example in the kitchen? Well, maybe we have interpreted too much patriarchy and heard messages that are not meant at all.
In any case, a motivated visitor enlightened us and shared with us her view of the work of art and conveyed its interpretation.
